DRILLSTRALIS has developed and implemented streamlined databases for the management of Plant and Equipment; Incidents and Hazards; Training; Rig Registers, HSE Audits and Document Control as well as implementing a field to office database for the gathering of operational Key Performance Indicators.

All Senior Drillers, Supervisors and Managers have Well Control Certificates, National Drilling Competencies, Supervision and Risk Management industry courses, Trainer and Assessor competencies and we utilise in house Industry Recognized Training Systems to achieve qualifications for employees in the Nationally Accredited Drilling Certificates and mandatory industry competencies.

Employees are our biggest asset; DRILLSTRALIS provide experienced supervisors and competent drill crews in order to prevent occurrence of incidents on site. DRILLSTRALIS Drill Crews are Inducted, Trained and Assessed in accordance with Industry Requirements and the National Training Framework to hold competencies and knowledge for all tasks associated with their positions.

Our Safety Management Systems are continually monitored and reviewed by hands on Directors and experienced Occupational Health and Safety personnel who focus on continuous improvement and encourage the practical application of Occupational Health and Safety principles in all business operations.
